Ideally the band will need 90 minutes to set up and thoroughly soundcheck.
We can offer a 7-piece set up that would include: two lead vocals, keys, guitar, bass, drums and saxophone. Playing a variety of Funk, Soul, R&B & Disco classics.

STANDARD SERVICES

Our standard package is perfect for clients looking to create the perfect party vibe. Our quote will include all the services listed below:

2 x 45 min sets of live music and high energy performances.

One song request outside of our repertoire.

Arrive at your venue at 6 pm and finish by 11pm.

Background party music played through our PA before, between & after our live performances.

High quality PA system and sound engineer (for bands bigger than a 6 piece) – suitable for ‘normal’ sized events (approx. 250 people).

ADDITIONAL UPGRADE OPTIONS
We also offer the following additional upgrade options for an extra fee:

Up to 3 song requests outside of our repertoire.

Arrive before 6 pm and midnight finish.

Hiring of a DJ able to take requests and mix tunes.

HOW IT WORKS
ARRIVAL​
​
Once arrived at the location, we will liaise with the event manager or person in charge to unload and set up our gear on stage. It's important for us to have a parking site close to the venue to be able to transport our instruments and PA system comfortably and without issues.
Our set up and soundcheck usually take 90 minutes to complete. Soundcheck is essential for us to be able to have the best sound quality during the performance. If setting up disrupts the schedule of the event, we're happy to arrange an earlier arrival at an additional cost.

AFTER SET UP
​
Once everything is ready for the performance, we will take a short break to go change. Ideally, the band requires a room to change in, store our instrument cases and bags, and stay in during our breaks.
Before the performance or during the first break are the perfect moments for the band to have their hot meal, which is included in all our contracts. In case this is not possible, we're happy to arrange a suitable time with the event manager or person in charge.
PERFORMANCE

After finishing our first set, we will play music from our laptop to keep the party going.
In the meantime, the band will go to the band's room to freshen up and take a short break before our second set.
If you wish to make requests to the DJ, we can upgrade the DJ setup for an additional cost.
Once the live performance is over, we will keep playing party music from our speakers until 11pm, unless arranged differently.
END OF THE NIGHT
​
After the band has changed from their performance clothing, we will start packing all our gear. This will happen shortly after the end of the performance, while the laptop music is still on.
We will have to make various trips from the stage to our vehicles to load our gear in. If this is too disruptive for the event, please do let us know in advance and we will wait until there's a suitable time for us to do so. Usually the band doesn't take more than one hour to unpack, but this also depends on the size of the band.
